Then, one day in the middle of a Pandemic, the entire basement FLOODED causing the complete renovation of this now trendy spot. You will enter into the Living/kitchen/dining area. to the front you will have a full bathroom tub combo, and to the left you will find a LARGE bedroom and a closet big enough to fit Harry Potter. We try to give our guests privacy and respect their space. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need should arise! Welcome to our home in Athens, Georgia! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath and living area. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the main level is the kitchen, living area, master bedroom (king bed), and master bath. On the second floor are two additional bedrooms (one with a queen, the other a full) and an additional bathroom. Out back is a spacious deck with an outdoor sitting area and outdoor dinning area. If you'd like to grill while you're here, we provide a Weber grill for guests to use. Please note that the Big Green Egg grill seen in the photos is not for guest use. Well behaved dogs are welcome! Please send us a message to let us know they're coming. We have a large front and back yard but it is not fenced in. We ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Please know that this is our primary residence and we'd like our guests to note a few things about the space. - There will be some clothing in dressers. We lock the master closet, but do provide a way to hang clothing. There will be personal photographs around the house. Additionally, we have one small dog that lives in the house when we are not renting. That being said, if you are highly allergic to dogs, this may not be the house for you.
